Veterans, Your VA Mortgage Benefits Are Being Taken Away, And You Don't Even Know It!
All across America, veterans are losing their VA mortgage benefits, AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IT!
This time, the Veterans Administration or other government agency hasn't taken away this benefit, but the professionals we all put our trust in-lenders and real estate agents-don't provide veterans with ways to use this benefit. We look to lenders and real estate agents for help and guidance in our home purchases. The veteran is getting "blindfolded and stabbed in the back," and is being told that it's all part of the process.
I'm here to tell you why it's not right. With the correct information, you, the veteran, will be able to choose the best lender and real estate agent, ensuring you receive all the benefits you so rightly deserve.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Why are more than 90% of real estate professionals refusing to offer veterans what I call "The Best Loan in America"? Consider the fact that VA Mortgage Specialists represent less than 1% of the lenders in America. Less than 5% will tell you that they can put together a VA mortgage. That means that more than 90% of the lenders have no expertise in doing a VA loan. The problems begin with the real estate agent who will write your purchase contract.
If the agent writes the contract properly for a VA purchase, a couple of things can happen:
(1) You will get all of your benefits, such as zero down, no closing costs, lowest interest rates, etc.
(2) Your loan could end up being the "mortgage loan from hell."
Then, when it's given to the loan officer or lender, the problems become worse, because most of them have little or no knowledge of VA mortgages. When this "nightmare loan" finally closes, all the professionals involved blame it on the VA loan. Of course, you, the veteran has put your faith in these professionals, and end up with the same conclusion: It's the VA loan's fault. And, no one has a clue why the loan was so difficult or turned into such a mess.
